Annmarie Fairweather has been the Human Resources Chief at Learning Ally since 2008. She manages our entire practices in People, People Management along with Talent Management and Culture Development. Annmarie is a seasoned Human Resources leader with 30 years of experience working in a variety of sectors, working with managers and their teams to improve performance of their businesses, specifically in times of expansion and rapidly changing environments by developing, aligning, and overseeing a comprehensive global people strategy. She served as an advisor to help translate the people and business strategies into strategic goals, and enterprise-wide objectives through performance and organizational management as well as employee engagement and change. Passionate about leadership, she sees teambuilding and education as crucial to maintaining the competitive edge. Her extensive experience in small and mid-size companies and Fortune 500 organizations in developing and coaching leaders with demonstrated positive results have helped to create corporate cultures that embrace the concept of learning and innovation that positively affect teams as well as organizations. Annmarie has been inspired to donate her talent and resources to further assist Learning Ally's cause. In her spare time, she also provides support to several non-profit organisations. Annmarie is part of the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee an organization that is dedicated to helping women become leaders. Additionally, she provides education for the Hospitality Healthcare Network in North America.
